Oh, how about this for a nice move, Pete? 12.5% Bloom Energy. So, what do these guys do? Well, they're a fuel cell provider of power for, guess what? Well, probably data centers.
>> [laughter] >> And other things. It's not just data centers, but Bloom Energy being a a cell energy provider, again, fuel cell, was up after a sharp drop yesterday.
Well, they rebounded because AI data center power demand is strong. And you can't overemphasize that, folks. It is the demand for power and taking your power and not pulling from the grid because obviously a lot of
data centers that did that are now under scrutiny from local municipalities, cities, states because it causes prices for regular Joes and Janes to go up. So, you got to do like Elon Musk does. And that is find a way to be off-grid, whether it's through
natural gas and turbines, or whether it's through Bloom Energy, or whatever.
Find a way to get your energy and get it off-grid so you don't push up prices for everybody in the geographic area. This is a big deal, and Bloom Energy is up almost 13% today.
>> Having a nice run to the upside today.
It was not a nice run to the downside yesterday, but you know, looking back to yesterday, the stock went all the way down to 259. Where did it go on the high so far today? A little over 300, hit 302. So, yeah, to the point you were talking about, John, a rebound? Yeah, I'd say that's about as good of a rebound as we've seen in a long time.
One day after the previous day.
Absolutely incredible. As a matter of fact, Jefferies raised the price target that they've got on it. RBC talks about the strong demand from their Fremont facility as well. I mean, we're talking about a stock that was at 259 that today at 302 and it's been pulled back just ever so slightly off of that number, but
you know, RBC also talking about a few things here along with Jefferies. So, it's interesting to watch as people kind of move around. This has been one of those names in the energy space though that has been absolutely on fire to the upside and I would encourage people to keep an eye on this one and if there's any unusual option
activity this is one of those names where I immediately pounce.
