AI Assistant & Automation Terms

What these terms cover
These terms apply to Ask Rebel, Rebel Intel, the Rebel crew of AI specialists, Skills, Routines, Automations, Radar alerts and any order ticket an AI assistant prepares for you. They add to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If they conflict, these terms control for AI features.
Education, not advice
AI answers, action plans, trade ideas, tax and wealth estimates, odds and alerts are general educational information. They are not personalized investment, tax, legal, accounting or betting advice. Rebel Trade is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and is not acting as your fiduciary. Talk to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
AI can be wrong
Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when they cite live data. Data from third parties can be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. Check important information yourself before relying on it.
You confirm every order
No AI assistant, Routine or Automation can place a real-money order on its own. An assistant may prepare an order ticket. You review it and must tap Confirm, and it then passes through the connected broker and our compliance checks. You are solely responsible for every order you confirm and for its results. Orders started from chat have per-order and daily limits, and we may switch them off at any time.
No auto-trading
Automations and Routines can research, report and send you alerts. They do not buy, sell or bet for you. We do not offer autonomous or automatic trading.
Risk of loss
Trading stocks, options and crypto carries substantial risk. You can lose more than you invest. Past results, backtests and simulations do not guarantee future results.
Prediction markets and sports
Prediction-market and sportsbook information is for research only. You must be 21 or older and in a place where the activity is legal. Gambling help: 1-800-GAMBLER.
Credits and availability
Some AI features use credits. Credits are charged when a request runs, including scheduled runs. Questions the assistant declines as out of scope are not charged. Features may be changed, limited or paused, including during outages at data or AI providers.
Acceptable use
Ask Rebel only covers markets, trading, taxes and wealth education, your own portfolio and Rebel Trade. It declines other topics, including sexual content, medical, legal or mental-health advice, therapy, cooking, homework and coding. Do not try to bypass these limits, misuse the service, or enter passwords or account numbers into chat. If you mention self-harm, the assistant will share crisis resources such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. It is not a substitute for professional help.
Your data
Signed-in chats, saved profile notes, Routines and Automations are stored on your account. Connected brokerage data is read to answer your questions. How AI providers handle your data is explained in our AI data posture on the Privacy & Security page.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using real-order tickets or Automations.
