    §01

    Acceptance of Terms

    These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any websites, applications, APIs, mobile experiences, email content, podcasts, livestreams, chat rooms, AI features, paper-trading simulators, brokerage onramps, and other services (collectively, the "Services") owned or operated by Market Rebellion, LLC and its business units, subsidiaries, and affiliates (also doing business as "Rebel Trade", "Rebel Intel", "Rebel Capital", and "Rebel Trade OS") (together, "Market Rebellion", "we", "our", or "us").

    By accessing or using any Service, by clicking to accept, or by submitting any prompt, payment, watchlist, trade idea, or order through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    Section 27 contains a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver. Section 4 contains critical disclaimers about trading risk. Sections 12–18 govern AI usage, data, model outputs, training, and Zero Data Retention. Section 19 governs Rebel Intel.

    §02

    Eligibility & Accounts

    You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You may not use the Services if we have previously terminated your account or if you are barred from using the Services under applicable law. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; (b) keep that information updated; (c) keep your credentials confidential; and (d) be responsible for all activity under your account.

    A maximum of three concurrent logins are permitted per account. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access (including AI prompts, signals, alerts, or watchlists) to any third party is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

    §03

    Changes to the Terms & Services

    We may modify these Terms or any portion of the Services at any time, including by adding or removing analysts, hosts, indicators, AI models, brokerage partners, alerts, third-party content, fees, or features. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    §04

    Trading Risk — Critical Disclosures

    Trading securities, options, futures, crypto, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose all of the money you deposit, and with options, futures, margin, or short positions, you can lose more than you deposit.

    • Market Rebellion is a publisher and education company. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, FCM, or RIA, and no regulatory body has reviewed or approved our content.
    • Nothing on the Services is a recommendation that any security, strategy, or transaction is suitable for you. You are solely responsible for evaluating any idea before acting.
    • Past performance, hypothetical performance, backtests, paper-trading results, simulator results, AI win-rate scores, and "track record" pages are not guarantees of future results.
    • Options trading is not suitable for all investors. Read the OCC Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before trading.
    • Crypto-asset trading is highly volatile and not protected by SIPC. Futures trading involves leverage and may result in losses exceeding deposits.
    §05

    No Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

    All content — including signals, alerts, ideas, courses, livestreams, AI chat outputs, probability scores, "Trade This" prefills, sentiment readings, and "Pre-Trade Check" reviews — is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You should consult a licensed professional before making any decision. Authors and contributors may hold positions in instruments discussed; positions may change without notice.

    §06

    Subscriptions, Trials, Auto-Renewal & Refunds

    Premium Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual) or as one-time purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel anytime in your Account settings or by emailing support@marketrebellion.ai; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current term unless required by law. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions on the trial end date unless cancelled.

    Bundle pricing, promotional discounts, and coupon codes are governed by the terms shown at checkout. We may modify pricing on renewal with prior notice.

    §07

    License to Use; Ownership

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All Services, including text, graphics, code, indicators, AI prompts, AI outputs branded by us, datasets, logos, and trademarks ("Rebel Trade", "Market Rebellion", "Rebel Algo", "Rebel Trade OS"), are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No license is granted by implication.

    §08

    Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to:

    • Resell, redistribute, mirror, broadcast, or publish any signal, alert, watchlist, AI output, livestream, or premium content without written permission;
    • Scrape, crawl, harvest, fingerprint, or use bots/automation against the Services except via documented public APIs and within rate limits;
    • Use the Services to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or improve any machine-learning model, foundation model, vector index, RAG corpus, or AI agent without an executed enterprise agreement;
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, weights, prompts, or system instructions;
    • Engage in market manipulation, coordinated trading, spoofing, or any activity violating securities or commodities laws;
    • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, malicious, or that contains regulated personal data (PHI, PCI, government IDs, biometric data, children's data) unless via a contractually-agreed channel;
    • Attempt to circumvent compliance gates (including the Live Trading readiness gate, KYC, age gates, geographic restrictions, or paywalls).
    §09

    User Content & Community Conduct

    You retain ownership of content you post (chat messages, forum posts, ideas, comments, feedback, support tickets, "Community Forecasts" predictions). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of that content for the purposes of operating, improving, marketing, and legally defending the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content at our discretion.

    §10

    Brokerage, Linked Accounts & Order Routing

    Market Rebellion is not a broker-dealer. Brokerage services, custody, clearing, and order execution are provided by independent third parties (including Velocity Capital, LLC and its clearing partners, and any broker you connect via SnapTrade or similar aggregators). Your relationship with each broker is governed by that broker's separate account agreement, disclosures, and risk disclosures.

    Live order routing through the Services is gated by our compliance readiness checks (see Section 18). When gates are not satisfied, only paper-trading and educational simulations are available. We do not guarantee fills, prices, latency, uptime, or freedom from erroneous quotes. You are responsible for reviewing every order before transmission.

    §11

    Paper Trading, Simulator & Hypothetical Performance

    Paper trading, the Probability Engine, "Clone Top Trader", "Pre-Trade Check", backtests, and any other simulated experience use estimated fills, model assumptions, simulated cash balances (including the +$100K paper-cash referral reward), and may diverge materially from live execution. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations including the benefit of hindsight, lack of liquidity-impact modeling, and the absence of true emotional and execution risk. Do not rely on simulator results as a predictor of live trading outcomes.

    §12

    AI Features — Overview & Acceptable Use

    The Services include AI-powered features such as the Pre-Trade Check, Trade OS agents, Rebel Intel, Rebel Hive / Search the Future, AI Sentiment, Probability Engine, Morning Coffee summaries, Jon's Corner / Screener Agent, Ask Scott, AI Study Buddy, Co-Pilot, content generation, support triage, and related features (collectively, "AI Features"). AI Features are powered by third-party large language models routed through our managed AI gateway, including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others (each a "Provider").

    By using AI Features you acknowledge: (a) AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, hallucinated, or out-of-date; (b) you must independently verify any output before acting; (c) AI outputs are not advice; (d) you will not submit prohibited inputs (Section 13); and (e) we may rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily disable AI Features based on cost, abuse, or upstream Provider availability.

    §13

    AI Inputs — What You May Not Submit

    You agree not to submit to any AI Feature any of the following without an executed enterprise data-processing addendum that explicitly permits it:

    • Protected Health Information (PHI) governed by HIPAA;
    • Cardholder data governed by PCI DSS (PAN, CVV, full track data);
    • Government-issued identification numbers (SSN, passport, driver's license, TIN);
    • Biometric identifiers, geolocation telemetry, or precise location traces;
    • Personal data of children under 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions with higher thresholds);
    • Material non-public information ("MNPI") in violation of insider-trading laws;
    • Trade secrets, source code, or confidential information of any third party that you are not authorized to share;
    • Content prohibited by applicable law or by the Provider's usage policies (including CSAM, weapons-of-mass-destruction guidance, and other categories enumerated in OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google usage policies).

    Sensitive workloads may be eligible for Zero Data Retention routing — submit a request at/legal/zdr-request.

    §14

    AI Outputs — Ownership, Accuracy & Use

    As between you and us, and subject to Provider terms, you own outputs generated in response to your prompts, except for our pre-built prompts, system instructions, agent definitions, datasets, and any portion of an output that incorporates our proprietary content, branding, or signals. You grant us a license to use de-identified prompts and outputs to monitor abuse, improve safety, debug, and produce aggregate analytics.

    AI outputs may be similar across users for similar prompts and are not unique. We make no representation that AI outputs are accurate, complete, current, free of bias, or fit for any particular purpose, including any trading, financial, medical, legal, or employment decision. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs and for the consequences of acting on them.

    §15

    Model Training, Retention & Provider Posture

    We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our own foundation models. We have contractually configured Providers so that your inputs and outputs are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve Provider foundation models, and Provider retention is limited to abuse-monitoring windows (typically up to 30 days, often shorter) before deletion.

    Live, per-vendor posture — including exact retention windows, training opt-out clauses, subprocessor lists, and effective dates — is published at/privacy-security#providersand indexed at /ai-trust-center. The current posture version is v2026.05.01(effective 2026-05-01). We may change Providers, configurations, or retention windows in our discretion; material reductions in protection will be announced via the AI Trust Center changelog.

    §16

    Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Routing

    For qualifying sensitive workloads, we offer Zero Data Retention routing where the Provider is configured to retain neither inputs nor outputs (no abuse-monitoring window). ZDR routing requires (a) submission of a request at/legal/zdr-request, (b) approval by our security team, and (c) acceptance of the additional reduced-features notice (some safety classifiers and abuse mitigations require short retention and are unavailable in ZDR mode). ZDR is not available for every Provider, model, or feature.

    §17

    Market Data, Quotes & Third-Party Data

    Market data, quotes, options chains, fundamentals, news, sentiment, and other data feeds ("Market Data") are provided by third parties including Polygon, Yahoo Finance, exchange feeds, and others. Market Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, adjusted, or interrupted. We do not guarantee timeliness or accuracy and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on Market Data. Redistribution of Market Data is prohibited except as expressly permitted by the upstream provider's terms.

    §18

    Compliance Gates & Live Trading Readiness

    Live order routing is gated server-side by our compliance readiness checks (the "Live Trading Gate"), including disclosure acknowledgments, KYC, suitability, regulatory secrets, and an internal admin "GO LIVE" confirmation. When any gate is not satisfied, only paper-trading and educational simulations are available. You may not bypass, attempt to bypass, or assist others in bypassing these gates. Velocity Capital preview access (including the velocity_preview role) is for UI walkthrough only; real order routing remains gated.

    §19

    Rebel Intel — Additional Terms

    "Rebel Intel" means our conversational research assistant (including rebeltrade.com/intel and related pages, chats, cards, charts, quizzes, forecasts, alerts, briefs, read-aloud audio, shared answers, and the public track record). Rebel Intel is an AI Feature, and Sections 12–18 apply to it in full. These additional terms also apply.

    (a) Education and research only. Rebel Intel provides general, impersonal information for educational purposes. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, sportsbook, or gambling operator, and it does not provide personalized investment, tax, legal, or betting recommendations. Trade plans, entry/stop/target levels, payoff diagrams, probabilities, grades, and "Search the Future" / Rebel Hive bull-base-bear scenarios are illustrative examples and hypotheticals, not predictions, promises, or instructions to buy, sell, hold, or wager. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of Rebel Intel.

    (b) Accuracy, timeliness, and sources. Answers are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or misattributed, even when a source, timestamp, or "live" label is shown. Data may come from third parties (including options-flow, market data, news, prediction-market, sportsbook, and public government disclosure providers), and labels such as "Rebel Intelligence" may describe data licensed from such providers. Congressional and insider trade data is drawn from public filings that may be late, amended, or inaccurate. Show summaries and quotes from Rebels Edge and other Market Rebellion media may rely on automatically generated captions that can mishear names, tickers, and numbers. You must verify all information with primary sources before relying on it.

    (c) No endorsement by individuals. References to, summaries of, or quotes from Jon Najarian, Pete Najarian, Market Rebellion analysts, or any third party do not mean that person reviewed, approved, or endorses a given answer. Rebel Intel does not speak for any individual, and any synthesized voice is not the voice of any real person.

    (d) Practice trades, brokerage links, and real money. Rebel Intel never places a trade on its own. Practice (paper) trades are created only when you tap Confirm. Linked brokerage connections are read-only unless and until live trading is enabled under Section 18, and any real order must be reviewed and submitted by you on the normal order ticket. You are solely responsible for every order you place.

    (e) Prediction markets and sports odds. Odds and market prices are shown for information and comparison only. Availability and legality vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for complying with the laws where you are located, including age requirements (21+ where applicable). If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

    (f) Alerts, briefs, and track record. Alerts, morning briefs, and tracked-plan notifications are provided as a convenience, may be delayed or not delivered, and are not a substitute for your own monitoring or for stop orders placed with your broker. Track-record and backtest figures are hypothetical, may not include costs, slippage, or taxes, and past results do not guarantee future results.

    (g) Your chats, uploads, and shared answers. You are responsible for the questions, files, images, and audio you submit and must have the right to submit them; do not submit material non-public information or another person's confidential data (Section 13). If you sign in, chats may be saved to your account so you can reopen them, and you can delete them. Answers you choose to share by link become viewable by anyone with the link. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage information (for example, popular topics) to improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

    (h) Fair use and changes. We may limit usage, require sign-in or a subscription, and change, suspend, or discontinue any Rebel Intel feature at any time. You may not scrape Rebel Intel, use it to build a competing product or dataset, or try to extract its prompts, data sources, or model behavior.

    (i) Assumption of risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you use Rebel Intel at your own risk, and Sections 24 (Disclaimers), 25 (Limitation of Liability), 26 (Indemnification), and 27 (Arbitration) apply to any claim arising from Rebel Intel or any decision you make using it.

    §20

    Email, SMS, Push & Communications Consent

    By creating an account or providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional emails, SMS messages (including alerts via our toll-free verified / A2P 10DLC sender), push notifications, and account communications. Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time by following the unsubscribe link or replying STOP to SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. Some operational communications (security alerts, billing) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

    §21

    Privacy & Data Protection

    Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy. Section 12 of the Privacy Policy specifically addresses AI data handling and incorporates the live posture published at /privacy-security.

    §22

    DMCA & Copyright Complaints

    If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our Designated Agent atlegal@marketrebellion.ai. We will respond per the DMCA and may terminate repeat infringers.

    §23

    Suspension & Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of AI Features, attempts to bypass compliance gates, or non-payment. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12–18, 23–28) will survive.

    §24

    Disclaimers

    The Services, AI Features, Market Data, and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, freedom from harmful code, and uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions our warranties are limited to the minimum required by law.

    §25

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Market Rebellion, its affiliates, officers, employees, contributors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, trading losses, or AI-output reliance damages, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$100.

    §26

    Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Market Rebellion and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your User Content or AI inputs, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

    §27

    Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

    Please read carefully. You and Market Rebellion agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Chicago, Illinois, unless you and we agree otherwise. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for qualifying disputes.

    You and Market Rebellion waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable, then the entire arbitration agreement will be void as to those claims.

    §28

    Governing Law & Venue

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 27, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any non-arbitrable claim lies in the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

    §29

    Miscellaneous

    These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign freely. Notices to us must be sent tolegal@marketrebellion.aiwith a copy to Market Rebellion, LLC, Chicago, IL.
